Congratulations to our client – Ackerstein Group Ltd., on its successful IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, valued at ILS 1 billion, making it one of the largest IPOs on TASE recently.
As part of the offering, the controlling shareholders and the company will sell shares in the amount of ILS 300 million.
