A win for our client Keshet

A win for our client Keshet – the court ordered HOT to remove Keshet content from its on demand services.

The District Court issued a temporary injunction ordering HOT to remove Keshet’s content from its online platforms and pay legal expenses after HOT continued to distribute the content online even though its agreement with Keshet has expired.

Keshet was represented by partners Moti Arad and Amir Vang and associates Roy Shamash and Noy Mazliah of our Industry and Regulation Department.
